Physical, Occupational and Speech Therapy
Upon admission all patients are evaluated by Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech Therapy. All therapists are Neville Center employees, so they are part of your care team and will work with you throughout your stay for consistency and continuity of care. Therapy is provided seven days per week, including weekends and holidays. We also have a rehabilitation aide and massage therapist who work closely with your care team to provide you with additional support for your recovery at no extra cost to you. Your rehabilitation will be further enhanced by state of the art equipment. In each of our three rehabilitation gyms you will find machines such as electronic parallel bars, standing frames, gait assisted mechanical lift, modalities (diathermy, ultrasound, E-Stim), and recumbent bicycles. Therapy is not limited to the gym setting. Through our Community Reintegration Program patients are encouraged to take outings to local stores, use public transportation, and walk throughout our scenic campus.
